NEW CLASS SCHEDULE
We now have classes 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am and 8:30am Monday-Friday every week. Our weekday afternoon and weekend classes remain unchanged. Yes, we do have a 9:00am class on Sundays, the only CrossFit gym in Sarasota and Manatee to have classes 7 days per week.
