Dropped in at Seaward CrossFit last week while on vacation and had a great experience. The gym has a welcoming atmosphere, the programming was solid, and the coaching was excellent. Dustin, Olivia, and Nicole (the owner) all made a point to welcome newcomers and ran fun, challenging classes. They definitely made me question my decision to work out on vacation… but I’m glad I did. If you’re in the area and looking for a great place to train, I’d highly recommend stopping in.

The second crossfit gym I’ve tried and I LOVE it. So glad I chose this gym to drop in at this week! The coaches are knowledgeable and welcoming, the atmosphere is incredibly positive, and the space is clean, organized, and run super efficiently. I loved the multiple class offerings and the option to work out outside. Plus, getting to sweat in the sunshine at the end of December is definitely a bonus. Already looking forward to my next visit at the end of June!
