*foam roll t-spine, lats, quads at a minimum while waiting for rower.

5 walkout + spinal extension + downdog + lizard + Samson stretch

5 banded passthrough

6 count bear box clockwise

5 banded passthrough

6 count bear box counterclockwise

5 banded passthrough

5 pair lateral squat

5 banded passthrough

Rope climb footwork skill development. Really work on getting into your legs and out of your arms with a solid foot lock. Don’t get silly with these, keep it recovery and skill bias.

Spend remaining time working gymnastic skills or recovery.
