From a coach’s perspective, there is no better feeling than sharing our clients triumphs as they achieve their goals. And as a coach, we understand the frustrations, dedication and hard work that goes into reaching each and every goal!

No matter where on your journey you are, we all face the same demons: losing motivation or direction, giving in because you don’t feel like you are improving or you feel like you’re not getting anywhere. We know! We’ve been there and, in many instances, are still there!

Through our own personal experience as coaches and athletes, we have repeatedly seen, and used, this system to stick with and achieve goals.  The system requires thorough planning and setting achievable milestones by identifying your priorities and working within your natural tendencies to make it easier to achieve your goals. It’s no secret. It’s  all about working WITH not against yourself!

We can show you the progressive skills and habits needed to ultimately enable you to do whatever it is you want to do. (A mindset that can be applied to all aspects of your life, not just fitness!)

To introduce this program, we are holding a 2 hour workshop that is compulsory to everyone participating in the challenge.

During the workshop, we will focus and work on the following:

  • Defining One Goal You’d Like to Reach in the Next Year

  • Identify Where You are Starting

  • Listing the Resources that Will Help You Reach Your Goals

  • Designing a Plan or “Recipe” to Meet Your Goals Including 1, 3, 6, and 9 Month Progress Markers

Advanced 1-on-1 Goal Setting Session

How many times have you said, “I’m going to get in shape!” Or “This is it! I’m going to finally lose weight.” Or maybe you were more specific and you made a more specific goal like “I’m going to get a pull-up!” or “I’m going to learn how to do a muscle-up” and it just never happened? More than once or twice? Well, guess what. That means you’re pretty normal. Most of are good and arbitrarily setting a goal but not so great at making them happen. There are many reasons for that.

The good news is, that goals can be made AND met! It just takes some work to first ensure you’re setting the right kind of goals for yourself and that you have a plan for achieving those goals that fits in with your life and your true values.

What’s different about an individual session versus the workshop?

First, we can offer a more detailed and personalized plan just for you. It’s hard to sit down and tackle the details of each individual’s goal in a group session. Those details may include dietary changes, mobility work, extra lifting, gymnastics, or endurance “homework”, etc. There may also be some details that you may not be comfortable talking about in a group session, too and we get that! We can also, tackle more than one goal at a time. Our suggestion is to limit your goals to 3 fitness goals at a time and even less if you are busy outside of the gym. Sometimes, tackling one thing at a time best. Again, talking to each person individually helps us to help you make that decision.
