ALL: Power Clean + Power Jerk (5×5 @ 75%+ Don’t touch and go. Rest 2:00 b/w sets.)

ALL : 50 HSPU (Time)

For time:

Complete 50 HSPU

The first 10 must be strict.
Do not do both this and the pushups metcon. Choose the most appropriate WOD for you to do.
