FIT: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
10:00 window, increase each by 2 reps each round (2/2, 4/4, 6/6, 8/8 etc…)
2 hang power cleans (95/65)
2 bar over burpees

Competition
COMP: Strict Toes-To-Bar (4:00 max reps)

COMP: Hang Snatch (5×2 @ 55-70%, all sets up slightly from last week)
COMP: Hang Clean (5×2 @ 55-70%, all sets up slightly from last week)

COMP: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
