In teams of 3-5, for time:

Run to Gillespie Park with 1 sandbag (60/40), 1 medball (20/14), and 1 plate (45/25)

At Gillespie Park perform the following number of reps per team member, partitioned between the team as desired:

40 sandbag power cleans

40 medball thruster

40 plate overhead lunge steps

Then,

Run back to Seaward with all equipment
