50 hand release push-ups
25 strict tuck hollow chin-ups (or 10 tuck hollow chin-up negatives)
50 1xKB/DB shoulder to overhead (55/35; 25 per arm, alternate as desired)
25 strict tuck hollow chin-ups (or 10 tuck hollow chin-up negatives)

Competition
COMP: Active Recovery/Rest
Run through a 30:00-45:00 “warm-up”/mobility session.
