25 Synchro toes to bar

*Sychro is the bar being locked out at the same time overhead and the toes hitting the bar at the same time.

Fitness

Partner workout for time:

50 Synchro push jerks (75lbs/55lbs)

25 Synchro knees to elbow

Parnter workout for time:

35 Synchro push jerks (65lbs/45lbs)

20 Synchro toes to barbell

*Lay down side by side and make contact with the barbell at the same time.

**Load should allow for 20+ unbroken reps. Scale toes to bar to allow 10+ unbroken reps.
