ALL: Hang Clean (14:00 to heavy, but pretty/fast/confident double)

ALL: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
In teams of 2-4, 15:00 to accumulate as many “reps” as possible:
400m run
500m row
2:00 airdyne

*Each movement counts as 1 rep. Ideal class size would break down to 3 teams of 4. Partners may rotate as desired, but must finish an entire “rep” individually. Multiple partners may run the 400m at a time.

EXTRA: Hang Snatch + OHS (14:00 to heavy, but pretty/fast/confident single)
