Chuck and I have both wasted a lot of time and money trying different diets, supplements, and crazy “plans” to lose fat. It wasn’t until we started doing our own research, listening to our bodies, tracking our food, and getting our endocrine system back in shape that we started seeing improvements in our body composition. Oh, and guess what, we weren’t athletes in our youth. In fact, Chuck and I where what you might call chunky adolescents and we both had a pretty tumultuous relationship with our bodies through our teens and early twenties. We did everything you shouldn’t do and we learned our lessons the hard way. We don’t want you to have to do that. We know the struggle and we can and want to help. In fact, all of the coaches at Seaward CrossFit desire deeply to help you reach your fitness goals.
That’s why we are teaming up to provide you with a few program options that will help you change your body composition via exercise, medical intervention if necessary, and nutrition coaching.
