We are hosting the CrossFit Gymnastics Trainer Course this weekend at Seaward, therefore there will not be a 9am class or open gym this Saturday, 2/20/2016.

ALL: Back Squat (14:00 to daily 5RM)

ALL: Metcon (Time)
