10 PVC pass through
10 PVC underhand pass through
5 pair deadbug
10 pairs birddog from hands and knees
10 beat swings
*slow, deliberate pace through all

Then,
MOBILITY WOD video for ALL (foam roll while watching, then do what’s applicable)

Then:
Spend remaining time with “EXTRA” work or just foam roll, stretch, and be social. Recovery is crazy important. If you didn’t squat Tuesday and you feel like you can hit your sets and reps, make that up today.
