12 Bar Facing Burpees
Heavier loading on thr barbell here but w/ lower reps. If you can do the power cleans with the listed weight mechanically sound and with relatively quick singles, go for it! Otherwise make sure you scale the loading so that you can have a heavy set of 3 multiple times. Sub the strict HSPU for a kip but make note of it. Have fun!
