Use a load that allows for continuous movement. Default to lighter.

40′ straight leg, flat foot bear crawl forward

40′ plate drag slide

40′ crab walk forward

40′ plate drag slide

40′ straight leg, flat foot bear crawl backward

40′ plate drag slide

40′ crab walk backward

40′ plate drag slide
Each full 40″ trip is a rep. A full round would be 8 reps.

Move slow and pretty. Work on building better movement.
