Remember there will be a 9 am class but no gym from 10-12. The Fitness workout can be done in class as can be the Competition workout. OR you could do it at home, outside, or on the beach. Get some sun!

Fitness

FIT: Front Squat (Up to a heavy set of 5. )

FIT : Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
10 Min AMRAP
10 front squats (135/95)
20 Box Step Overs (Alternate reps as desired but make sure reps are evenly distributed leg to leg.)

Competition

COMP: Handstand Walk (6 minutes; accumulate max distance.)

COMP: Metcon (Distance)
Max distance broad jump.
10 singles

COMP: Metcon (No Measure)
8 x 200 m sprint
Rest as needed.

COMP: Metcon (No Measure)
15 minute recovery run.
