20 sandbag front rack squat
20 sandbag facing burpee
40 situps
*Both athletes run and may alternate sandbag as desired. 1 athlete working at a time on stations, alternate as desired.

Male teams: 60#
Female teams: 30#
Co-ed teams: 40#
